About Haven
A boutique agency, deliberately.
Haven Residential was founded in 2009 on a simple conviction: buying or selling a home is one of the most consequential decisions a person makes, and it deserves an agent who is genuinely present — not farming your transaction to someone you've never met.
We are small. We stay small. Our four agents handle a limited number of transactions each year so that every client gets the full weight of their expertise, their attention, and their honest opinion — even when that opinion is "not yet" or "not this one."
We have been doing this in Seattle for fifteen years. We know which blocks flood, which ones face west, which buildings have strong HOAs, and which listings are priced to test the market. That knowledge is what you're hiring.

What we hold to
Boutique by design
We work with a limited number of clients at a time so that each one gets the attention they deserve — from the first showing to the close of escrow.
Honest pricing
We price to sell, not to impress. Our market analyses are grounded in real data and delivered with the candor that earns repeat business.
Neighborhood depth
Our agents live and work in the neighborhoods they serve. That's not a marketing claim — it's why our clients consistently find homes that others missed.
No pressure, ever
The right home exists. Our job is to help you find it, not to hurry you into the wrong one. We measure success by how our clients feel two years later.
Neighborhoods we know
Every market is local. Here's where we live, work, and have earned the right to guide you.

Vibrant urban living, independent coffee shops, classic Victorians and modern condos side by side.
