What we offer

Comprehensive design services for buildings and spaces that endure.

01

Architecture

From initial site appraisal through planning consent and technical design to construction oversight and completion, we provide a comprehensive architectural service for projects of all scales. We bring rigorous spatial thinking and an obsessive attention to material quality to every commission.

What's included

  • Site appraisal and feasibility
  • Concept and schematic design
  • Planning application and management
  • Technical design and specification
  • Tender and contractor appointment
  • Contract administration and site inspection

02

Interior Design

An interior design practice that begins with architecture — understanding the structural logic of a space before layering in material, light, and furniture. We work with clients to develop complete interior environments, from spatial planning and bespoke joinery to furniture selection and art curation.

What's included

  • Spatial planning and flow analysis
  • Material and finish specification
  • Bespoke joinery and millwork design
  • Lighting concept and detailed design
  • Furniture selection and procurement
  • Art consultation and placement

03

Masterplanning

Strategic design for sites of scale and complexity, from urban infill to new-quarter development. We bring a rigorous understanding of movement, density, and public realm to masterplanning commissions, always seeking the framework conditions that will allow great individual buildings to emerge over time.

What's included

  • Site strategy and vision
  • Density modelling and massing
  • Public realm and landscape framework
  • Design coding and guidance
  • Planning and consultation support
  • Design review and oversight

04

Landscape Design

Architecture does not end at the threshold. We design landscape settings for our buildings and take on standalone landscape commissions where the programme calls for a close integration of built and planted space. Our approach is ecologically driven, favouring native planting, sustainable drainage, and low-maintenance natural materials.

What's included

  • Landscape concept and masterplan
  • Planting design (native and ecological)
  • Hard landscape and materials
  • Sustainable drainage (SuDS) design
  • Garden and courtyard design
  • Maintenance and management guidance

05

Design Research

We maintain an active research practice alongside our built work, engaging with questions of housing typology, urban density, climate adaptation, and the future of public space. Research findings inform our design work and are shared through publications, exhibitions, and teaching.

What's included

  • Typology and precedent research
  • Site and context analysis
  • Environmental performance analysis
  • Post-occupancy evaluation
  • Publications and writing
  • Academic collaboration

How to engage

We begin every potential commission with an informal conversation. We want to understand your project, your timeline, and your expectations before we agree to work together. There is no obligation at this stage.

Following an initial conversation we will propose a fee structure and programme appropriate to your project. Our fees are based on time and complexity, not a fixed percentage of construction cost — we believe this aligns our interests with yours.
