Growing notes

Sown in succession every two weeks to ensure continuous harvest. We use raised beds with deep, amended soil and rely on netting rather than sprays for pest control.

About this product

A rotating blend of 8–12 salad varieties from our outdoor beds and polytunnel. Includes baby lettuces, rocket, mustard leaves, mizuna, sorrel, and edible flowers in season. Never washed in chlorine — just rinsed in cold spring water.
