Direct-sown in our market garden beds in March, with a second succession planted in July for autumn harvest. Thinned by hand to give each plant room to develop full, flavourful leaves.

About this product
Our rainbow chard is a farm favourite — the jewel-coloured stems add beauty to any plate. Stems are tender enough to eat raw; leaves wilt beautifully in a hot pan with olive oil and garlic.
