Growing notes
Planted in raised ridges in early March under fleece to get an early start. We use a heritage chitting method, setting tubers in egg boxes in a cool, light room from January. Earthed up by hand twice before harvest.

About this product
Our Jersey Royal-style new potatoes are a June and July highlight. Dug by hand on the morning of your delivery, they need nothing more than boiling in salted water with a sprig of mint. The skins slip off at the touch of a fork.
