Growing notes
Direct-sown into rich compost beds in May after last frost. Each plant is pollinated by hand in early morning when the flowers open. We pick every two days to keep plants productive.

About this product
We grow five varieties of courgette — classic dark green, golden yellow, the striped Romanesco, and the pale Lebanese type. Picked at 15–18cm, before the seeds form and while the skins are still tender enough to eat. Available July through September.
