The Practice
Photography as an act of attention.
For fifteen years I have been making photographs that try to do one thing: hold still the light that was present in a particular place at a particular moment. The equipment changes. The light does not.
I work on commission for editorial clients, advertising agencies, and private collectors, and I maintain a personal practice of long-form documentary series that I return to across years.
